How we protect the information you share when you request an audit, review a proposal, onboard, or work with us as a client.

Transparency notice: This page describes our current practices in plain language. It is provided for transparency and is not legal advice. We do not currently claim formal certifications such as SOC 2, HIPAA, ISO 27001, or PCI-DSS.
Secure admin access
Admin tools that manage leads, proposals, onboarding, and client projects are restricted to authorized internal users and protected behind authenticated sign-in.
Tokenized public links
Proposals, onboarding flows, client status pages, audit reports, reviews, and referrals are reached through long random tokens in the URL — not by guessable IDs.
Limited public data exposure
Public pages show only the information needed for that step. Internal admin notes, pricing logic, and other client records are not exposed on public token pages.
Server-side API keys
Keys for email delivery, AI providers, and payment processing are stored as server-side secrets and never shipped to the browser.
Email tracking transparency
Marketing emails may include open and click tracking and an unsubscribe link. Transactional and client-project emails focus on the message itself.
Access limited to authorized admins
Client project data, audit notes, and contact records are accessible to authorized Local Growth Bureau staff for the purpose of delivering services.
No password collection in onboarding
Onboarding forms collect business information and assets needed to deliver the project. We do not ask for passwords to bank, payroll, or other sensitive third-party accounts.
Report a concern
If you believe data has been mishandled, please contact us right away at support@localgrowthbureau.com so we can investigate.
Payment data
Card and payment details are processed by our payment provider through their hosted checkout. Local Growth Bureau does not store raw card numbers in plain text.
Your choices
- You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in the message footer.
- You can request a copy or deletion of personal information we hold about you by emailing support.
- You can ask us to stop processing your data for marketing purposes at any time.
