4. Results Are Not Guaranteed
Local Growth Bureau does not guarantee specific numbers of leads, calls, quote requests, booked appointments, sales, rankings, revenue, ad performance, or business outcomes.
Results may depend on:

- Existing reputation
- Traffic quality

- Pricing

5. Free Audits and Recommendations

Paid work begins only when a proposal, payment link, invoice, written agreement, or accepted scope is approved.

Work outside the agreed scope may require a new quote.
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate business information
- Providing website/logins/assets if needed
- Providing logos, photos, service lists, reviews, brand details, and contact info
- Reviewing drafts on time
- Giving clear feedback
- Ensuring claims about their business are accurate
- Responding to approval requests
- Paying agreed balances on time
- Following laws and industry rules that apply to their business
8. Client Delays
Project timelines may change if the client delays:
- Onboarding
- Payment
- Assets
- Feedback
- Approvals
- Access credentials
- Required information
Local Growth Bureau is not responsible for missed deadlines caused by delayed client responses or missing materials.
9. Revisions
Revision limits depend on the package or proposal.
Default:
Unless stated otherwise, projects include up to 2 reasonable revision rounds.
Revisions must relate to the agreed scope. Major direction changes, new pages, new offers, new branding, or extra features may require additional payment.
10. Payments
Payment terms will be shown in the proposal, invoice, or payment link.
Payment may include:
- Deposit
- Remaining balance
- Full upfront payment
- Monthly retainer
- Add-on work
Final delivery may be delayed until required payments are completed.
Local Growth Bureau does not store full payment card details. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers.
11. Cancellations
Clients may cancel by contacting Local Growth Bureau. Refund eligibility depends on the Refund Policy and the amount of work already completed.
12. Client Content and Accuracy
Clients are responsible for the accuracy of:
- Business claims
- Pricing
- Offers
- Guarantees
- Reviews and testimonials
- Certifications
- Licenses
- Before/after claims
- Medical, legal, financial, or regulated-industry claims
Local Growth Bureau may refuse to publish content that appears misleading, unlawful, or risky.
13. Third-Party Platforms
Services may involve third-party platforms such as:
- Meta/Facebook/Instagram
- Stripe and payment processors
- Calendly or scheduling tools
- Website builders
- Hosting providers
- Domain and DNS providers
- Email platforms
- Analytics tools
Local Growth Bureau is not responsible for downtime, policy changes, account restrictions, billing, errors, or decisions made by third-party platforms.
14. Client Status Portal
Clients may receive a private tokenized status link to view project status, missing items, review links, delivery links, and approval options.
Clients should not share private token links publicly.
The portal is not a legal e-signature system. Approval actions are used for project acceptance and workflow tracking.
15. Intellectual Property
After full payment, the client may use final delivered work created specifically for them, unless otherwise stated.
Local Growth Bureau may retain ownership of:
- Internal systems
- Processes
- Templates
- Frameworks
- Reusable code and components
- Strategy methods
- Admin tools
- Drafts not included in final delivery
Stock assets, third-party tools, fonts, plugins, and platform components may be subject to their own licenses.
16. Portfolio and Case Studies
Local Growth Bureau will not publish client case studies, testimonials, private results, screenshots, or business names without permission.
If permission is granted, Local Growth Bureau may use approved material for marketing, case studies, or portfolio examples.
17. Confidentiality
Local Growth Bureau will make reasonable efforts to keep client project information confidential. Clients should not submit highly sensitive information unless necessary.
18. Acceptable Use
Visitors and clients agree not to:
- Abuse forms
- Submit false information
- Attempt unauthorized access
- Interfere with the website or admin systems
- Upload malicious files
- Misuse client portal links
- Copy, resell, or misuse Local Growth Bureau materials without permission
19. Limitation of Liability
